Before we are too quick to find a solution – we need to make certain that we have first identified the problem. We have to ask ourselves are we trying to solve the problem or are we trying to find the problem? We should always be trying to find the problem. Without an understanding of the issue we cannot solve anything.

- Who in your life is naturally inquisitive and would be a good coach to help you drill past the quick solution?
